| Has anyone ever listened to Sonya Kitchell? I Like her. There is an abundance of new activities happening this semester. I am looking forward to seeing where God is going to take me and everyone around me. I have been enjoying learning about God's greatness, and according to the Bible he has held a continuous plan for the world. I can only imagine that we are part of this journey of promises, redemption, freedom, and love. Just as he carried the Israelites out of Egypt, he promises a prosperous future to us, no matter what this world has in store. Most of this is being drawn from the book of Matthew in the New Testament. This book has motivated me to look deeper into the Bible's Old Testament books--diving into the prophetic line of Jesus. Along with this study, I am very excited about all the possibilities of growing relationships. I don't even know what to say next, because there is so much going on, and I am not going to bore you with a list of some sorts. I like my classes. None of them have been real demanding yet, so I'm afraid school is just going to have a horrible bowel movement on me one of these days. In the meantime I will just keep my poncho handy. I have been having so much fun with Anna and Lily the last few days! That button is the best. She is so funny and BEAUTIFUL! I love her. If I could carry her around and show her off at all moments of the day, I would. She now laughs like a real person. If I only had a recording of it... I burnt two bags of popcorn tonight, TWO in a row. What's the deal? How am I supposed to make popcorn in this house? Just now, as I was trying to decide how to end this little session, I had the urge to use some sort of obscenity in my departure, but nothing very juicy comes to mind. Synonyms for departure -- exodus, setting forth, decampment, farewell, retirement, recession, adieu. |
